Empowering Recovery, Together.
Mission Statement
At The Heart Support Organisation, we believe that recovery from heart-related challenges goes beyond medical treatment. We provide long-term emotional and social support to help individuals and families navigate their journey to better heart health. Inspired by Joan Palmer’s own experiences, we are committed to creating a supportive community where members can connect, learn, and heal.
